Brevini Holdings, Inc.

Using the services of Lead Climber LLC the Brevini Company selected Park One in Delaware County, Indiana at I-69 and SR 332 as the location for the Headquarters of its operations for the Americas, Brevini USA, Inc. In addition the company selected an adjacent site in Park One for construction of its Brevini Wind USA, Inc. large planetary gear manufacturing facility. With the continued service of Lead Climber LLC the Brevini Wind facility is moving toward a 3rd quarter 2010 SOP that will enable the production of up to 1,000 main drives for seven wind turbine OEM’s while employing more than 450 people.

Lead Climber LLC successfully secured incentives from Federal, State and Local entities totaling 52% of the total project investment, along with the successful procurement of the design build team and associated services at a cost 38% below the initial project estimate.

VAT-Group, Inc.

Using the services of Lead Climber LLC the VAT-Group selected Delaware County, Indiana as the location for its U.S. operating units VAT-Energies LLC and VAT-Service LLC. VAT-Energies LLC designs, manufactures, installs and services solar / wind powered street lights and signage along with an extensive selection of small vertical vane wind turbines. VAT-Service LLC will provide field survey, analysis, maintenance and repair for all major wind turbine models currently in operation. Both companies are moving toward a late 2010 SOP and SOS and will employ over 120 people.
