Lead Climber LLC is led by high-energy, highly-motivated consultant, Greg Winkler.

While serving as Economic Development Sales Consultant for the City of Anderson, Indiana (see successes), he contacted 400 companies throughout the world with the goal of creating new jobs for the city. Fifty-one of those companies made site visits to consider Anderson as a possible business location.

Greg first met the leadership team of Brevini Holdings while working for the city of Anderson. After completing his contract with the city of Anderson, Greg's relationship with Brevini Holdimgs led to the corporate success story outlined in this web site.

Greg Winkler is a native of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and holds a B.S. degree in Business Finance; a B.S in Behavioral Science; and a Master of Urban Planning from the College of Architecture at Ball State University.

Working for three consulting engineering firms over 15 years, he became acquainted with the needs of companies considering relocation, expansion or new construction. He understands infrastructure requirements, financial incentives, labor requirements and market access. Greg understands how these and other factors work together to impact a company's bottom-line now and in the future.

As Director of Project Development for the Southwestern United States for America’s 3rd largest engineering and construction company, Greg worked with U.S. companies Oracle, Exxon, Chevron, Shell, Mobile, Conoco Phillips, Pfizer, Gallaxo-Smith Cline, Union Pacific, Ford, General Motors (Research and Development), TRW, and U.S. DoD (Nevada test site).
